Health Data Consent

The Privacy Notice is presented separately. This optional explicit consent covers my allergy, intolerance and coeliac answers, selected allergens and other-ingredient explanations for the selected person only.

I explicitly consent to POİEX TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ processing these details to help the kitchens serving me/my child improve future menus and preparation through future improvement work. Kitchens cannot see individual answers or who they belong to. Organization administrators cannot view answers. For a child, I use my existing guardian connection; consent and answers apply only to the selected child, are not copied to siblings and do not overwrite another guardian’s declaration.

This page explains the health scope for earlier app versions that captured consent separately. In the current form, health information is covered by the single first-step confirmation in the Food Preference Consent, with no separate health checkbox. Earlier grants are not automatically expanded. Health questions remain optional and health permission can be withdrawn independently while retaining other preferences. Refusal or withdrawal does not block meal service. I can request deletion of the relevant answers and withdraw consent by contacting iştebu! yemek through the channels in the KVKK Notice.

Answers are stored on Hetzner servers in Germany without a fixed time limit. Once a deletion or consent-withdrawal request is processed, the relevant live answers are removed; answer-free consent audit remains until account/child erasure. Existing backups rotate after 30 days. Existing Cloudflare security and private-backup services are also in scope. Their KVKK Article 9 transfer mechanisms have not yet been completed; this consent is not a substitute for a routine international-transfer mechanism. Indefinite retention and child representation require counsel review.

This record does not change orders or automatic assignments and is not medical advice or a safe-meal confirmation. KVKK Article 11 rights and contact channels appear in the Privacy Notice. Consent is captured through a separate choice and save action in the app; reading this document alone is not consent.

The Turkish legal text prevails.

This release only collects data; no food-preference recommendations are computed or shared with kitchens. Only the internal iştebu! yemek team receives aggregate counts of accounts that answered, declined or have not answered, without identities or health answers. Historically closed invitations with unknown outcomes are not counted as refusals. The current form collects dietary type and optional health information; earlier disliked ingredients, preparation preferences and other-ingredient records are retained.
